Workout Wednesdays on Empty Streets: Core Balance Exercise

It's that time of the week again for us to get to learn a new workout routine courtesy of Exercise TV

As with last week we started focusing on the abs which is part of the major core muscles that help us maintain balance. Here is another set where in we get to learn much more in terms of balance while hitting the major core muscles such as the abs. I would recommend that you take time to review the video first at full length and study how this work out is executed. This is important to ensure that you do not sustain any injuries as this exercise does give a certain amount of difficulty.


I had a lot of fun doing this workout as yet again it provides us with an alternative to those regular crunches which tends to get a bit boring after a while. :) Till the next run have a healthy week ahead.
