My secret to a quick fat loss routine involves no crunching, no sit ups, and definitely no weight lifting. Amazingly it's skip rope jumping - it burns the same amount of fat in 5 min compared to jogging or running for an hour. And all you need is a big enough space to jump and of course your skip rope. There are several routines you can try to give spice to the routines and to help you get started here is a video from Expert Village about skip rope.
