Wellness Wednesday on Empty Streets: Water and It's Benefits

It has been approximately a month now that we have been featuring one workout to another and I believe it is now time to help take care of something far more than how one looks on the inside and focus on the basic necessity when one is working out in the first place - Water.

Water has several benefits, most especially to those that sweat out a lot as it is needed to replenish lost fluid and minerals. Water is such a basic need for the human body that if we were to loos 10% of the water content from our body we would be considered as dehydrated and would lead to cellular and organ malfunctions.

Aside from the main facts stated above water also possesses a lot of other benefits and has even been coined as the source of life.

This post makes me guilty also for not really drinking a lot of water. I can't believe my son drink a lot of water everyday. My roommates also in college oh my more than 2 gallons of water everyday. This is a good advise and thanks a lot.

I'm also one who's lazy to drink more water because that means having to waste time going to the toilet. haha.... silly idea.
